Panic attacks are intense episodes of fear which are so powerful that they trick you into fearing that you are dying, going crazy, about to faint or losing control of yourself in some vital way.
Panic attacks aren't dangerous but are especially effective in persuading you that they are. This is what panic does ! It convinces you that you are not safe. Panic attacks can come out of no where and usually last 20-30 minutes, hitting its peak at about 10 minutes in.

The symptoms of a panic attack feel so powerful and threatening that they convince you to believe that you're in terrible danger.
A panic attack can be a very uncomfortable episode due to the variety of symptoms that occur in different areas of your mind and body.
Some of the symptoms of panic attacks are :
Physical symptoms :
Anxiety / worrying
Chest Pain
Shortness of breath
Palpatations

Emotional symptoms :
tearfulness
mood swings
and many more such symptoms

Steps to take after a panic attack
Here are a few steps you can take after you face a panic attack
Consult your psychologist
Call a loved one
Stop and take deep breathes
Divert your mind, focus on something else
Give yourself a positive self talk
DON'T WORRY ABOUT PANIC ATTCKS, BECUSE WORRYING WON'T PREVENT OR CURE THEM, JUST TAKE DEEP BREATHES AND
REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT ALONE !!
